Biography
For more than 20 years, I've led creative teams and built brands by turning complexity, feedback, and big ideas into work that makes people feel something and take action.
Along the way, I've helped build cultural relevance and business results across entertainment, media, tech, and brand storytelling.
At Bravo, I helped shape the network's evolution from arts and culture into a pop culture phenomenon, from Queer Eye to the Housewives franchise. At TLC, I led two major rebrands that helped drive the network to its highest ratings in nearly two decades. At Discovery, I helped make Shark Week appointment viewing, bringing in a record 42 million viewers. At Apple, I helped make Information Security accessible and engaging for 166,000 employees, contributing to a 22% lift in engagement and 94% open rates.
Today, through my consultancy Just One More Thing, I help tech companies and individuals find their voice, clarify their story, and connect creative work to business strategy. My Georgetown MBA helps me bridge that gap between creativity and results.
I'm also the author of four middle-grade novels, I love to draw, and I still have a Zoology degree ready in case anyone wants to talk about desert mice that make their own water.
